Notice On Inappropriate Names

Dear Angels,

Angels Online has been operating for nearly three months now, and we've been deeply moved because so many players have decided that AO is the game for them. We will be putting more efforts into offering a better game environment and better events for players.

Recently, some players have come to us saying that there has been some inappropriate behavior in the game. For example, some character names and guild names contain inappropriate words or strange symbols. It exerts a bad effect on the game environment and the harmonious atmosphere we've strived to create. It makes other players unable to play as they normally would. So we will be launching some new measures aimed at curbing this situation.

Inappropriate character names and guild names

1. We will confine characters and then send an E-mail to players caught using inappropriate names.

2. We will offer a character card to the target player to create a new character and help them transfer items from the previous one.

3. We will directly delete the target character after their response.

4. We will finish this project within five working days. If we are unable to contact players or these players don't contact us after receiving the E-mail, we will directly confine their characters until receiving their response.

Curse Words and Inappropriate Guild Names.

1. After we've received player's complaints, we will email the guild's leader. If we fail to contact them, we will directly contact the guild's senior administrator or members and ask them to inform the leader of the complaints.

2. Then, we will talk with the principal about changing the guild's name.

3. We will offer the leader enough capital and required documents and ask him to found another guild. Because different guilds are at different levels and have different contributions, the capital and documents we will provide may vary. If any viable objection is raised, we may compensate the Guild with a certain amount of gold.

4. We will delete the guild during the game maintenance time after the leader has confirmed all of the above.

5. We need 7 days to complete the operation mentioned above. If we can't contact the principal or players do not contact us after being informed, we will delete the guild during the first maintenance 7 working days after sending the email.
