AO Data Purge Notice

   Due to technical issues, we need to schedule a data purge for our new AO servers. All player's item record before Mar 24 on the new servers will be wiped. For instance ,the player's item record in haniel server .If players wish to inquire about any of this data (lost or deleted items, item trade, etc), please submit to us info regarding these data before Apr 20th. If you miss the deadline, we will not be able to handle such requests. Thank you for your understanding and support.

For example :one player in Ares server lost his item in Mar 10th.if he post a ticket of check the item's record in Apr 18th ,we can check ,but in Apr 20th ,we can't check because the record is cleaned.
