We sincerely apologize for the bug in the game update. We have recalled all items that were affected by the bug, so please do not worry.
Steps taken:
1. Players who used AG to purchase the affected items – we have already returned all the AG you spent on those items. Please check your IGG account.
2. Players who used coins to purchase the affected items - after checking the record and the behavior of trading , we will returned the coins.
3. To make up for the time lost due to this bug, we are holding a special 2X EXP event for all Angels.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused, and would like to invite all players to send in feedback once any bugs are found. We will allocate rewards for new bug reports. Thank you for your understanding and support.
