Server Merger Details

For most gamers, server population is a key deciding factor in choosing a server. When the population is too high, things can get too competitive, with friends and other players and everyone squeezing players out of the map. On the flip side, if the population is too low, things will be quiet, too quiet. Like a ghost town in the old west, there won't be much to do, and completing difficult quests will be hard when no one is around to help. We are looking for that hallowed middle ground, where our servers are not too full and not too empty, which is why we've decided to merge some our servers, and make them more balanced.

Merger Rules
1. Server Gaea and Server Zeus will be merged together as one server.

If you have one or more characters in both servers:

2. If a Role Card has been used on the account previously, a maximum of 3 characters can be retained. Otherwise, only 1 character will be retained.

3. If no Role Card was used, then the highest level character on the account will be the one that's retained. If there are two high level characters at the same level, the one with more EXP will be retained. In the unlikely event to high level character's also have the same amount of EXP, the character with the most recent log in record will be kept.

4. The warehouse for the character being retained will also be kept.  Items from other character's who will not be kept can be moved to this warehouse for safekeeping.

After the server merger, your characters will be arranged in order, with the character with the highest EXP being placed first.

5. All other characters, along with their safes and warehouses that do not meet with the above criteria will be permanently removed.

Character names

6. After the server merger, if there are two or more characters with the same name, these characters will be ranked based on EXP. The one with the highest EXP will retain the original name, while the next in line will have a "#1", added to the end of the character name. Character names that are marked with a "#" must be renamed before entering the game.

Guilds

7. Guild leaders character's will determine the fate of guild's during the merger. If a guild leader's character is not retained, all the guild info, guild members' info, items and money in the guild warehouse and the guild bulletin will be removed.

If there are two or more guilds with the same name, these guilds will be ranked based on reputation. The one with the highest reputation will keep their name, while the next one in line will have a "#1", then a "#2", and so on added onto the end of the Guild name. After the server merger, if your guild name has a "#" symbol, the name must be changed before entering the game.

8. Territory - After the server merger, all territories and guilds holding these territories will be reset. Totem Battle's will be fought to determine these territories, and who will control them, once more.

9. Marriage, friends lists and blacklists will be unaffected if the character is retained. However, if two character's are married and one of them is not kept, then the marriage will be voided.

10. Mail- All previous mail or messages for a character being retained will also be kept. However, your name and addressees names will all be marked with a "#" symbol until they have been confirmed after the merger.

11. Quests- All relevant quest information will be retained, unless the character is removed. 

12. Item Bar and Warehouse- Character that are kept will still retain all item bars, equipment bars, fashion bags, card bags and card sets. However, only the warehouse (money inside included) of the character with the most exp will be kept. Players must move all of their items to this warehouse before the server merger or they will lose items on other character's. Property in a guild warehouse will be moved along with the leader's character. If the leader's character is not retained, all this property will be lost.

13. Bao Clerk- You must claim all missing items from the Bao Clerk before the server merger. Dummy treasure can be claimed at any time.

14. Portrait - All players' portraits will be deleted.
