Attention! Red Alert!

It has come to our attention that some unscrupulous and vile characters have been stealing our little Angel's accounts in game. We will not stand for this behavior and when found those dishonest players will be banished from the game forever! In the mean time we would like to offer you some advice for steps to take to guarantee the security of your account and characters:

1. Our official GMs will NEVER ask for any information regarding a player's personal account details or password.
2. Only the official GMs will ask for some minor details of a player's account if they are pertinent to helping them solve problems via the Live Support system. If you are in doubt ask!
3. You should never share your account or password with others in game.
4. Don't share the personal mail address that you used to register your account with others.
5. It is not recommended that you use your game account to log into the game forum. It is more secure to register a new one.

Beware of anyone asking the following questions for info:
If you come across anyone like this then please tell us immediately. Together we can stamp out fraud!
1. Congratulations! You have obtained XXX in the XXX event. Please submit your account and server name so that we can charge the rewards to your account. (via in-game mail)
2. Hi, buddy, I forgot the password. Can you say it again? (Maybe this guy got your account from the forum and he's pretending to be your friend.)
3. Can I use your account when you are offline? I wanna make a team to challenge a BOSS. I will give it back to you after I finish the quest. (Don't lend your account to any other players. They may be cheaters.)
