Master and Apprentice System Maintenance

Our Master and Apprentice system has been released now for almost a year. And we couldn't be happier with the level of involvement shown by our players. By joining in the scheme many players have made a lot of new friends. Some were even lucky enough to fulfill the dream of reaching level 60 within 5 days... So to show our appreciation for the continued support of our players and to give them a better level of service, we will be making adjustments to the system on September 16th EDT (GMT-4). From September 16th to Oct 16th, our Master and Apprentice system will be temporarily closed. We have prepared some FAQs to give you more info about this transition.

1. Will the winners list from September 1st to September 15th be refreshed on September 16th?

Answer: Yes! However, the pages used by players to look for a potential master or an apprentice will be closed after September 16th.

2. Can we claim the rewards earned September 1st to September 15th as normal?

Answer: Yes. Rewards earned before September 15th will be given out within 7 working days of the release of the winners list.

3. I found a master before September 15th, but I haven't graduated yet. Will my information be kept after the maintenance?

Answer: Unfortunately the answer is no. To better enhance our Master and Apprentice system, we will be deleting every players' information on September 16th. So try your best now to work hard and graduate before the maintenance to receive your rewards.

1. There will be no rewards given out for excellent masters and apprentices in September because we will close the system on September 16th.
2. A brand new and improved Master and Apprentice system will be released after the maintenance. Stay tuned for all the latest details posted on our official website.
