Q: Can I use Mall Memory Gold obtained last year?

A: Sorry, but the Mall Memory Gold obtained from last year is now invalid. We have a new Mall Memory Gold event scheduled for this year, and we hope you will enjoy it!

Q: Why are there three different kinds of Gold Vouchers this year?

A:

Players can obtain Gold Vouchers by recharging the appropriate amount of IGG points during this event. They can also exchange their Mall Memory Gold obtained by recharging points for a Gold Voucher. Right click a Gold Voucher and players will have a chance to obtain up to 5,555 Mall Memory Gold! Players will not be able to exchange this Gold Voucher with the event NPC for any rewards.



In order to help players save some slots in their bags, we have designed these two Gold Vouchers for the event this year. Players can exchange their Mall Memory Gold with the event NPC for these two Gold Vouchers. For example, a player can obtain a "100 Mall Memory Gold Voucher" if they give the event NPC 100 "2009 Mall Memory Gold". Players will also be able to exchange their Mall Memory Gold Vouchers for Mall Memory Gold. Please note that some of the precious rewards can only be exchanged when players have obtained Mall Memory Gold Vouchers.

Q: I lost some Treasure Map Pieces after the latest update. What's going on?

A:We have noticed this bug and will fix the issues that this bug has been causing scheduled to go on the server during maintenance on July 30th. After maintenance, players should be able to use the Treasure Map system as normal. We apologize for the problems that this issue may have caused, and appreciate your continued support and patience in this matter as we have been resolving this issue.
