1. I'm not level 60, and my total online time for this week has been 25 or more hours. When can I receive my 7 Double Exp cards?

 Answer: Rewards are going to be given out during the week following when your online time has been established. The week after, you can claim your rewards once server maintenance has finished.

2. Hey! The Holy Battlefield ended earlier than it should have. What gives?

Answer: if an army has obtained 20 points from capturing crystals, the event ends early. The army that reaches 20 points first is considered the winner.
