1. My item disappeared after I failed to enhance it. Is there any way you guys can help me recover it?

Answer: Unfortunately, we can only assist players with item recovery when the account was stolen. This is a service we offer to VIP players for free once a year.

2. The equipment that is obtained from the Angel Arena is way too powerful, and has caused balance issues in game. Any chance you guys can adjust it a little?

Answer: We listen to all of our players' suggestions! If we find things to be overpowering or unfair, we'll be sure to fix it as soon as we can, and in the meantime, we greatly appreciate your feedback on these issues!

3. How does the weekly quest's timer work?

Answer: The next weekly quest can not be done until a week from when you complete the last weekly quest you were on. For example, even though you may have taken a weekly quest on Monday, if you finish it on Tuesday, the next weekly quest can't be accepted until next Tuesday.

4. When is the Dumpling Wars event going to end?
