 1. Why can’t we obtain any top equipment underwater and why can’t we finish the quest [Flora’s Wish] either?

 

      Answer: Right now the drops in Atlantis Maps are still somewhat lower we seek to maintain the balance in game. Later, when the new edition is released, the drops and quest items will be adjusted.

 

2.   Items in your Item Mall are a little expensive. Can you adjust the prices?

 

      Answer: After the new edition is released, we will be holding a series of sales promotions and discounts on a wide range of items.

 

3.   Game play hasn’t been very smooth since the IGG servers were moved. Why?

 

     Answer: After we moved our servers, some of our server interfaces ended up being incompatible with some network suppliers’. Please try using another network when you have this problem.

 

4.   Your online events have become a little predictable now. Can you offer us some new and exciting events?

 

      Answer: When making plans for events we do our best to think of what will appeal to the broadest possible range of players. Fun, stable events may be a bit boring, but they get the whole player community involved. Coming up we have the Angel Arena event for players in the new edition. In addition, we are also planning improvements to our VIP events. Players are always welcome to submit their suggestions for events.
