1.Mage players can continue to cast some of their AOE skills without any cooldown time. When will you guys amend this bug?

Answer: It is the default setting in game. We will feed the information back to our developers who will consider to change the skill setting more reasonable.

2.The Purple Lightning obtained from the War Surprise Bag has unlimited rest times. Is it a bug?

Answer: It is a bug that we will be squashing during the server maintenance next week. After the maintenance, all Purple Lightning will possess 2 rest times, regardless of whether players have traded it or equipped it. We do not recommend purchasing any Purple Lighting mounts until after the maintenance.

3.If players suddenly can’t connect to the server during the Holy Battlefield event, can they obtain any exp after the event ends?

Answer: Players will obtain a certain amount of exp if they log into the game again, unless they leave the Holy Battlefield map.

4.Can I obtain any points if I was killed when I carried a crystal or I lost my crystal in the Holy Battlefield?

Answer: If you can successfully transport the crystal to the appointed NPC, you will obtain the points.
