Western Union Users, Pay Attention Please

IGG players who pay for IGG Points Cards by Western Union should make sure that they choose the 'Western Union QuickPay' payment method through PayByCash to purchase IGG Points Cards after 02:00 am January 16th EST(GMT-5). The IGGems players obtain from the points cards will not be changed. However, the payee has been changed, and the new payee’s information is included in the PayByCash purchasing flow.

If you haven’t received the points cards you purchased, please contact our customer center. We will deal with your matter as soon as possible.
