Event Details
During the event period, Angels need only kill monsters level 21 and above, or collect materials level 21 and above, in non-instance maps, for a chance to get the event item [Mall Memorial Ticket 2013].
Collect 1000 Tickets and talk to the Annual Angel to exchange them for 1 Mall Memorial Gold.
