Rules and Regulations
1. Non-VIP players need only purchase 2400AG (or 400 IGG points converted to AG) to be rewarded with an Enchanted PD - The Seraph Lv 3 (Note: No matter how much AG a non-VIP player purchases, he can only receive The Seraph Lv 3, unless he becomes a VIP.)
2. VIP1 players need only purchase 600AG (or 100 IGG points converted to AG) to be rewarded with an Enchanted PD - The Seraph Lv 3.
3. If non-VIP players become VIPs during the event period, they only need to purchase 600AG to receive an Enchanted PD - The Seraph Lv 3.
4. VIP2 players need only purchase 1200AG (or 200 IGG points converted to AG) to be rewarded with an Enchanted PD - The Seraph Lv 4.
5. VIP3 players need only purchase 1800AG (or 300 IGG points converted to AG) to be rewarded with an Enchanted PD - The Seraph Lv 5.
6. Angels who qualify for a reward can register via the Online Service and the rewards will be sent out within two working days after the event ends.
7. IGG reserves the right to final interpretation of all rules and rewards, as well as the right to amend or remove any and all rules, restrictions and rewards without prior notice.
More About The Seraph!
1. Effective Duration: 1 month, starting from the day you receive it.
2. It cannot be traded and cannot be stored in the warehouse, and is bound.
3. Only paying accounts can apply, and each account may only apply once. A player cannot apply on someone else's behalf.

2. Click Online service ,then click submit issues
3. Choose Angels Online and choose Event Problems
4. Sumbit your Application and submit the form
