Q1: I have got the 5-star Lucky Hammer, but I can’t use it to my Robot for lvl50 (Example: Drive Intensified Koala Robot 3), Why?
A: The Lucky Hammer can be normally used on weapons, gears and rides. However, it depends on the robot’s ability instead of its level when it is used on a robot. (Thanks for Strife69 and Nalyah offer the information)
Q2: I have collected all of the torn equipment, 10 Energy
A: The equipment from Smith Rachael requires torn equipment, 10 Energy Crystals and 2 Craftsman Souls. The one from Smith Waliz requires torn equipment, 200 Energy Crystals and 1 Craftsman Souls.
Q3: Is there a server merging in Angels Online in the short future? Which servers will be merged?
A: We have no plan to merge servers. Don’t worry! We will announce the plan in advance if we really have! For more information visit our official website.
Q4: I have purchased some points. However, I cannot claim my Recharge Gift Ticket from the Bao Clerk. What could I do now?
A: Make sure that you are qualified to claim a Recharge Gift Ticket. Details are as follows:

2. Click [Self Service] and choose [Submit Issues]
3. Choose [Angels Online] and then choose [Event Problems].
4. Choose [Didn’t Receive Recharge Gift Ticket] and then submit the information!
